Complex pixelmon mod download

I'm posting this help message is because of the pop up of the modpack that this server provides to us players for the free master ball.

The problem here and why I'm posting this message for myself and current and future players. I use ATlauncher for my pixelmon, but the modpacks are only for Technic and reforge. So my question here, if anyone can help me, is how do I get the mod pack and thus the free masterball through Atlauncher without having to download Technic or reforge as they don't work well for me. If you said what you were doing, maybe someone could tell you what you did wrong.
